I HAVE A BODY

My first art show was in the Smith Gallery located at Grinnell College in November 2023. I displayed two sculptures I have created, "BOOBS" and  "The Vagina" as well as a watercolor painting, a poem booklet and floor installation. This show speaks to the trauma one may experience from sexual assault and abortion. Please see list below for artwork details.

"BOOBS": Plywood, wood glue, pipe-cleaner, steel wool, hot glue

"The Vagina": Metal Rods, hot glue, clothe, tampons, pad, paper, yarn, string 

"Untitled": Watercolor and paper

Floor installation: Cardboard, paper, glue, clear sealer, clothe

Poem Booklet: Watercolor paints and paper, cardboard, collage, string, glue, tape, pens.
